You singing that yet?...hehehe.
Snowing like a crazy lady here today! My babies didn't get to see it yet though, it started just after their bedtime....so they'll have a wonderful surprise in the morning...and after the sudden camera-flash-blindness diminished, they'll get to play in the snow....hahahaha!
And as for the pictures I posted the other day...you readers are way too observant! So to comment further...my youngest hates shoes. She tugs and tugs until they disappear and we cant find them anymore...hence the missing shoe in the first photograph. She kicked it off in a leaf pile and for the rest of that afternoon it was in my husbands' pocket. He almost took it to work with him....lol.
And for the coffee....I am a hopeless addict. I worked for good ole uncle starbucks for almost two years back in my college year...yes i said year not years...lol. I was a barista extraordinaire! I loved it actually, until I transferred stores and got stuck with a crummy manager. I have been addicted ever since then. I drink about a pound a week at home, and then when we are out running errands I usually grab some to go. My husband and I joke about being monogamous with our preferred locations. He knows the manager at the one we usually go to, so we say we are only go to go to that one. We've cheated. Sad. I know. But temptation is pure evil...and so is a pumpkin spice latte....
So for a random trip down memory lane...I used to work the opening shift in Portland. I actually loved that shift. I'd show up at 4:30am and the other opener and I would run straight for the bar and fire that puppy up. Well...there was one such morning that we were especially tired, we had a girls night the night before (oddly enough there was a guy with us on girls night...our manager believe it or not....lol. It was hilariously fun!)...so anyway, us...super tired. staring at the red light waiting for it to turn green and the pressure to rise on the water line. Finally....it was up and running. But the milk was still in the back cooler...so I kid you not, we pulled out shots and slammed three down each...sans milk. It goes down bitter, but if you're that tired you get over it...lol. I have so many funny starbucks stories to tell...just loosen me up with a latte or three and you'll get me all chatty....
