My Insane Update :)

So, ready for an Insanity Update?? I am currently halfway through my 8th week, only a week and a half left until the end!! I am so stoked to have made it this far. I totalled up all my inches lost last night and I have shed 22.5 inches all over!! I went from a size 20 (UGH!) and am having to wear a belt to keep my size 16 jeans up. :) I am not brave enough to try on a size 14 yet though. BUT soon, very very soon! At the very end of this all I will put up my progress and final pics, dont worry...but you have to wait a bit longer.

Aside from the awesome shrinkage, my back has been feeling phenomenally better. I only have to visit my chiropractor every 4 weeks instead of 4 times a week, huge improvement huh?

So, heres to the next week and half, see ya on the other side ;)
