My Weekend in Prineville

This past weekend I got to spend a few days with Stacey, the owner of All Moments Remembered, and boy was it a wonderful time! An exhausting time, but still wonderful! We totally lost track of time, and I swear there is a conspiracy going on, the only clock in the store was hidden behind the register! (That's Stacey with the infamous clock.)

Now, let me tell you about Roy. Roy is 90 years old and I am convinced he's more "with it" than my husband is...LOL. I heard some hilarious stories, my favorite being that Roy refuses to pay taxes. He just decided to stop one day.

But back on topic, Roy is currently scrapbooking his memories in the biggest album I have ever seen, it was so huge I could barely lift it! And he refuses to start a new book. Good for you Roy!

Ohhh here's a horrid side picture of me during the card class I taught...eeeesh, time for a dye job!!

And proof that I was actually AT Stacey's store...lol...here's Stacey and I, it looks like we were explaining the wonders that are blending stumps.
Oh and let me all tell you now, I was so dang NERVOUS! This was the first class I'd ever taught AND the first class I'd ever been to in general. So yeah, who knows if I did it right. I guess the ladies in the class had fun, and they spent money after the class so Stacey was happy!

Oh Dang, I wish I had a picture with Jutta! Let me all tell you about her...Jutta is another member from the message board, and a regular loiterer at Stacey's store. But she is so much FUN! She reminds me soooo much of a gal I used to work with, but that could just be her German accent and spunky manerisms....
