Death Swatch Review

Here is my long overdue review!! AND a chance for TWO people to win a free copy of the book, so make sure you leave a comment on this post so that you can be a part of the drawing.

So as I said before, this story is set in New Orleans, full of flavor and life. In the beginning of the book there is a murder and Carmela (the main character) is on a mission to "help" the police and her friend Jekyl solve the mystery.

Carmela takes the reader on a journey through the madness of preparing for Mardi Gras, the fun of sharing hobbies with friends, the mystery of hidden treasures and intrigue of solving a murder of an acquaintence.

Oh and there some yummy recipes at the end of the book too. That's always a plus!

I was really pleased with the story, and really enjoyed reading it. I'll let you all comment away and I'll pick two winners on FRIDAY.

Whether I win a book or not I am glad I clicked on your blog today! This book is going on my list. I have family in NO and have been there several times so know the area. How fun to read a good novel that is set in a city I love! Plus a chance to add another fav author to be on the look out for. It will make a great gift, too!
