Lookie what I've got!!

Guess what everyone, I get to do another book review/contest!! Woohoooo!! I was contacted a few weeks ago by Laura Childs, author of Death Swatch. She asked me if I'd be willing to read/review and promote her book on my blog...of course I want to!! So here's the deal, I'm not done reading it yet, but I love it so far...so if you leave me a comment between now and Friday on THIS post I will enter you for a chance to win a copy of this book. But wait it gets better, my goal is to finish reading this book by the end of the week...and when I post my final review of the book I will have another contest and give away TWO copies!! That's three winners total, so plenty of chances to win.
So...here's my initial reaction to the book...I'm only about 6 chapters or so into the book, I've been reading on my lunch breaks at work, and I am honestly pleasantly surprised. I didnt' know what to expect other than scrapbooking and mystery (go figure since that's what the cover says...lol).
I am in love with the New Orleans flavor throughout the book, I've never been there but I feel like I have when I sit down to read. And the story kicks off right away, so dont expect to just sit down and zone out for three chapters of introductions, you'll miss things.
I will do a better review once I've finished reading, but so far I'm digging it.
So if you want a chance to win the first book give away, leave me a comment here and dont forget to leave me a way of contacting you if you want to win. (it can be either an email addy or a link to your own blog so that I can let you know you won)
Have a great rest of the week, and I'll post a winner Friday night before I go to bed. (I'm pacific time zone, btw.)
