Happy Black Friday everyone...I for one, am NOT shopping today. LOL. I have to run out and buy milk this evening, but that's about all I'm willing to go out for. We're having a dinner at my parents house this afternoon since most of my family works in the medical field and had to work thanksgiving day. Here's a fun new stamp set I found at wally world this week, it was my retail therapy after having such an up and down week at work, not knowing if I get to keep my job or not...Turns out I am returned to full time status and my job is not going to be in jeopardy in the near future...big sigh of relief!!
Anywho...have you seen this stamp set yet?? It's a new martha stewart christmas set, and I am shocked that I actually bought it. I am not the biggest fan of Martha or her products, her papers are blah and her "supplies" are over priced...but this stamp set was too darn cute for me to keep holding a grudge...darn....lol
Here's a close up of the corner treatment on the card, I wanted something unusual that you dont see all the time, so I punched a small scallop square, folded it in half and inked the edges that would be seen and stuck a brad through the center. Voila, purdy cute I say.Cardstock/Patterned papers: Bazzill, Crate Paper, BoBunny
Stamps: Martha Stewart
Inks: Studio G, VersaMark, Colorbox
Ribbon: American Crafts, Offray
Mini brads: Making Memories
