Well, a lot is going on right now.

Well, here's a new card, for starters. I am constantly trying to find fun ways of using all those dollar clear stamps I keep buying...lol. This card used one of the newer sets. I stamped the dress form on patterned paper and cut them out and pieced them on white cardstock that I had already stamped the same image onto. (Did you follow that? I feel like I'm all jumbled up right now.)

I left the inside blank, mostly because I dont have any witty sentiments to go with this right now.






Oh and this loveliness is my recent attempt to organize my scrap crap...errr I mean, supplies...lol. I was in the middle of labeling when my p-touch pooped out on me. I guess those batteries are important after all.

If you look closely you can see my new babies up in the top right drawer...that's right kids, mamma bought some copics! I dont have many colors yet, so it's hard to color a complete image. But I'm slowly adding to them, thank goodness for ebay auctions right?

Oh and I rethought my flower/embellie storage recently. I was using those silly hardware store type tackle boxes, that was working well, but it took up far too much space. I ended up using 4x6 jewelry type ziplock baggies for my flowers and brads/eyelets and charms. I tucked them all into drawers divided by color. We'll see how well it works. I have a couple drawers crammed full, mostly because I need more drawers.

Oh and before I sign out for the night, I wanted to give a quick update on the stamp stuff...my supplies aren't here yet, but they should be soon I hope!! Thank you all for your patience!! I am preparing next months' *new* set right now also, and I'm really excited about it!!

But with the excitement also comes the stress of trying to figure out my job situation. I have put in my resume to a couple dental labs here in town because my dad's lab that I have been working at is closing down here pretty quick. So I'm super stressed out right now, just praying that I'll have a job SOON. My income isn't "extra", It's necessary, so we're on edge just waiting and hoping and stressing. I'm scared, but there's not much else I can do at this point. Thankfully my husband has been able to pick up some extra shifts at work to help get the bills paid and get us a little extra money for the extra things in life that come up...like brakes! We are having to get a lot more maintenance done on our car right now, and brakes is a must. Oh and our check engine light came on yesterday...sigh...not fun. Good thing my father in law is a mechanic!
