All the setup in the world cant make this perfect.

well, two and a half days of tinkering and I've decided to just "deal with it." The header is going to be this weird denim mish-mash until I discover a cooler alternative. So there.

Kevin and I are planning on taking the girls to a pumpkin patch this year, I'm excited about that, but I have a feeling that he wants to invite the grandparents, and this being our first trip, I'd rather it just be us and the girls. I want this "first." I don't want to share it. I want to do it our own way and not have to worry about anyone else tagging along. Ya with me? I personally haven't been to an actual pumpkin patch since elementary school, it was a class trip. I know that Haleigh wont "get it", but Madison will just love the pumpkins, she's already starting to recognize them in pictures and she can at least say the word...even if she doesn't know really what they are...she'll catch on pretty quickly when mommy and daddy start digging the insides out!

Demon cat is cuddled up in the bed tonight, which is not terribly uncommon, just not usually what happens. We are quick to lock her outside all night long. She's sweet as sugar with Kevin and I, and she'll barely tolerate the girls...but anyone else in the house and you'd swear we have a puma under the table. She is horrid, she claws, snarls, attacks and kills...we joke that whenever there is a carcass out on the highway we know who put it there....OUR CAT! Two years ago when we listed our house for sale, a realtor actually called to reschedule an appointment and requested that we take our cat with us. I guess the potential buyers only got about 10 feet in the house before they decided to leave because of our venom spitting cat. (True story!) We even tried kennelling her in our dogs' cage, but she managed to collapse the darn thing and escape (the door was still locked even after it crashed and folded up....it was awesomely funny to us....and only us....) Anyone want a cat? We are serious about wanting to get rid of her...just cant pull the trigger...hahaha...pun certainly intended on that one!

So for those of you who stalk my myspace page, i still have no determination as to it's worthiness....It's a wicked awesome layout that i found, i love the noise on it, and I'd hate to abandon that.
