Hop! Hop! Hop!

If you havent stopped by the Whimsie Doodles blog yet, you should probably hop over there really quick for the FULL details and prize information for our blog hop!!

Welcome Whimsie Doodles Fans! Thank you for visiting and playing along in our Doodlelicious blog hop! My project features the letter L, which is for Layered Bookmarks. For my project, I used two of the new Whimsie Doodles sets, Lil Cupid and Mini Valentines, both of are which available in the Whimsie Doodles store, starting today!

These bookmarks were sooo fun to make, my 4 year old helped me push the buttons on the cricut machine to cut the bookmark diecuts. She was so proud of herself...lol. The cartridge for the bookmarks was the Animal Kingdom. The shapes in the layers are nestabilities Labels2, and some random diecut that I traced and cut myself. Basically, I just cut layers of patterned paper, and sandwiched some ribbon between the layers and then ahered the ribbon to the bookmarks. Super quick and easy! This could be a fun project to make with your kiddos too ;)

Be sure to visit all of our Doodlelicious Design Team blogs today and comment on their projects and on the Whimsie Doodles blog for your chance to win some fantastic prizes! And if you have already figured out the scrambled message...shhhhh...keep it to yourself and use it as the discount code to snag some super cute new Whimsie images!! (Make sure yiou type in the discount code in ALL CAPS and all one word, no spaces)
