I ditched the word bloom card concoction, I just couldn't get it to look as nice as I'd planned. but as I was working on it, I came up with a new plan. I was already in the process of hand cutting these cute little animals from a DCWV Nana's Kids sheet of glittered cardstock...so I was half done.. I covered buttons in fabric to make the little balloons. I plan on stamping the sentiment on the inside, because I dont want to mess up the front...lol.
